Winslow's Dream

By downloading and using Winslow’s Dream (“the App”), a game developed by Freehand Games LLC (“the Company”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“the Terms”). If you do not agree to the Terms, do not download or use the App.

1. License to Use: The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sublicense, distribute, or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App.
2. Ownership: The App and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of the Company. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.
3. Changes to the Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on this page or within the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
4. Termination: The Company may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty: The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App. The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the Company will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
6. Limitation of Liability: The Company will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
7. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California.
